Group Fitness That Works
CrossFit RVA is a community dedicated to the pursuit of health and fitness. We train in small groups, always under the instruction of an experienced trainer. Our workouts are short and challenging, but can be adjusted to fit anyone’s fitness level.
Effective Methods
Our gym provides and alternative to the typical gym experience you’ll find in the Richmond, VA. We trade the machines that have become a staple at many gyms for effective training in weightlifting, basic bodyweight control, kettlebells, and many other strength and conditioning methods that we have found to be effective. The workouts are constantly changing, keeping it interesting and exciting. Our members reached their goals in athletic performance, weight loss, and general fitness.
Experienced Instruction
Through our group training or personal training programs, we take the guesswork out of working out. You will be able to know exactly what you are doing every time you step foot in our gym, from the time you begin your warm-ups until your workout is over. Feel confident knowing that you’re performing effective movements safely and efficiently, allowing you to perform better during the physical activities that life may require.

Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon
We had a few guys run the Rock ‘n’ Roll Half marathon down in Virginia Beach this past weekend!
